About Coastal Ballance Property Services

We are a proudly family-owned and operated landscaping business with roots dating back to 2015. What began as a small sole proprietorship under the name Matt’s Property Services has grown steadily through word-of-mouth, hard work, and a commitment to doing the job right.

 

Owner Matt Ballance leads our on-site services with a hands-on approach, supported by his brother Liam, who plays a key role in day-to-day field operations. Behind the scenes, Matt’s wife Victoria manages administration and business development, helping guide the company’s growth with care and intention.

 

After nearly a decade of serving local homeowners and strata properties, we expanded our team in 2024 and began the journey of professionalizing our brand. In late 2025, we officially adopted the name Coastal Ballance Property Services to better reflect our Island roots, our growing capabilities, and our long-term vision.
